The narrative for this music film takes place before, during, and after the events depicted in Own Worst Enemy (2011). You Left Your Heart in the City follows Mike through love, marriage, separation and parenthood in a project designed to bend expectations of genre, as short film and music video become entwined. The film was screened at the London Short Film Festival (2012) as part of the 'Music & Video' category.
